Web Survey Bibliography
In this presentation Jon demonstrates how game play mechanics in surveys can be used to help to encourage respondents to deliver back more thoughtful and truthful answers. He will demonstrate this with examples taken from work he has been conducting with a range of clients over the last 2 years. He will explore some of the issues and hurdles involved in designing more gamified survey experiences and summarise what he has learnt about the value and contribution gamification can have in survey design.
